Les Enfant Terribles (aka L.E.T Zurich) is a Swiss based label celebrating music and events in around the capital. Over the last decade, the promoters have brought in artists such as Cesar Merveille, The Mountain People and Varhat. Names represented on the roster widen, with a growing number of producers being supported on the label. The family is ever expanding – the latest to join is duo Skiclub Toggenburg.

Abi Eberhard and Till Ostendarp are quite used to tinkering with musical machines in sync. Honing in on their craft in a petrol station doubling as a bar, lengthy live sets have given the pair the freedom to explore the boundaries of modular. MTK058 presents producers Minube and Basme to Motek with their EP Many Years Ago'. 
 
The title track comes in breaks form with classic acid lead instrumentation. The production moves fast in feel created by 16th note shakers and cutting hats whilst eerie percussive bell textures float through the background. The track is finished off which a rhythmical spoken word vocal. 
 
The second track on the EP is Well Being Night'. This original goes back to a 4 to the floor beat, and a very groovy one at that. Skippy swung rhythms in the bass and additional clap hits procure the feel in a somewhat spacious track. This space allows lots of room for rhythmic interplay whilst the arrangement rolls along pinned with a guitar in constant tremolo. 
 
Three remixes complete this release with Jay Tripwire and Octave putting their touch to Many Years ago' whilst Chris Llopis adds his stylings to Well Being Night'. Each remix, while working off the House beat, offers something a little different. 
 
Jay Tripwire has created a musical masterclass, spanning his arrangement over 10 mins. Controlling the ebb and flow of his work through subtle builds and take aways, the acid texture of the original has stayed and he has opened the soundscape with big reverbs and delays. 
 
Octave has gone for a much deeper style. Full of long pad texture and swelling chord patterns. The acid lead has been removed leaving a softer musical pallet on which you can get lost listening too. 
 
Finally Chris Llopis has brought a bouncy, funky feel to his remix. Syncopation between bass and kick mixed with chord stabs and soft synth pads create this sound and gets the head nodding from beat one.

Fresh off their ethereal harmony-driven release on Sengiley Wax at the end of 2023, Minor Sine Project are back with their first official LP, "Fata Morgana". Slam Dancing - Four to the floor seriousness, acid overtones and peppered punchy kicks take us through this urban night time ride.

Start of Messina - Rolling low ends and bright highs combine in this halftime journey of enveloped groove.

Sunday Shade - A deep inviting roller that hits all the right warm and enveloping notes. A big hug on a sunny day.

Vespasian - Acid squelches and arpeggiated distortion is the name of the game with this peak time break infused jam.

The wait is over, the 9th installment of the Vivus odyssey is here. This time we are very happy to host Camelia, a DJ from Miami that has been known for his celestial sound, full of warmth & profound vibes.

No Room kicks things off with a dark twist: the title track is held hostage to a deep but powerful baseline that will take control of all your senses with its hypnotizing effects. A lovely piece of minimal techno with simple but perfectly cut elements.

Next up, things start to pick up as we discover that Phantom is a track full of groovy vibes and a steady tempo that will get your feet moving. That’s perfect because the one that follows, Shake, really does shake things up. A total madness of background noises and acid sounds make for a track that would fit perfectly in the middle of the night at an underground club.

The curtain falls with True Blue. This one completes the circle as it returns to a darker theme and weighty sound. The baseline is strong but linear and the journey is crystal clear in its firm flow.
