A little insight on Underrated's name.
The meaning is not Underrated as in = "Not valuable or rated highly enough" 
but "Rated" in the context of content/film ratings. 

The meaning behind it is very odd and abstract. Teenage me thought it is interesting for some reason.

You can also interpret it as an abstract aberration of the word "Undertale" which holds no actual meaning.
