Returning to Yoshitoshi for the second of two monstrous EPs (but not their first for the label) is the Venetian duo Veerus & Maxie Devine with Walking On My Own.

The title track sports an infectious vocal hook and a roaring bass that takes dance floors by storm. Its driving groove makes for a big mid-set tune that has actually made audiences burst out singing by the end. 

Then there’s the B-side, Pick Up The First Apple, a beautifully spacey track filled to the brim with staccato blips and cavernous micro-melodies.
