Toby Ross launches the debut EP “Lifeforms / Visionary” on his newly established label imprint. This two-track release combines the raw characteristics of classic jungle with modern production techniques. 

“Lifeforms” is a dark and steppy roller, built on a foundation of rugged breakbeats and deep basslines, with heavy nods to the old-skool drum & bass sound. 

On the B side, “Visionary” enters with a sharper, cleaner edge. Featuring shimmering arpeggios, crisp drums and a driving low end, it showcases Toby’s intent to explore jungle from a futuristic angle.

With this release, Toby Ross sets the tone for his new self-release imprint.

Our second release features an original production from label founder, Garrett Jr. With heavyweight Amen breaks, rave-era pads, and techno-inspired stabs, So High fuses speaker shaking sub-bass with soulful vocal cuts recorded in collaboration with Jo Hadler from Wilder Vocals.

With the incredible DJ Sofa on remix duties, the track flips into a deep, thumping Jungle roller - stripped back and driven hard by pounding drums and crisp 808s.

This cross-border link-up connects Garrett’s Bristol roots with Sofa’s new school Jungle style out of Helsinki, Finland.
