This is a 15 minute meditation track that was created to help you align with your highest self. The music helps you ground into the present moment, release stress and anxiety, feel relaxed and at ease, and help raise your vibration to a higher state of being. This allows you to feel more love, joy, clarity, and peace as you release tension in the mind and body and tune to your natural state of well-being. The music also assists in opening your crown chakra and can help you feel more spiritually connected and awakened. 

A visualization that you can use during the meditation is to imagine breathing in white light that fills up your entire body, and upon exhaling imagine the white light sending out of the crown of your head and out into the universe.
