Something I never do is publish songs as bare bone demos. I'm due to record this song in the studio at the end of February 2023 though I felt more people should hear it right now. 
I wrote this song around 1993. i wrote again, almost, completely new lyrics for it and have been singing it about 12 years at various gigs and open mic events. naturally, 
I retain the copyright though anyone can perform this song. All I ask is that artists drop me a line and let me hear their version of the song or how it was received.
