Created, produced, and arranged by Patrick Mautner.  An instrumental soundscape with guitar-centric melodies and solo. Created in Studio One Professional, using various drum samples, Arcade and Kontakt 7 sound and sample libraries, with direct guitar work using a Line-6 Helix pedal board, Fender American Ultra Strat and PRS Swamp Ash Special SE.

Floating Cities

A deeply layered soundscape with both dark and light elements. Produced in Studio One Professional using Output/Arcade sound libraries triggered with my Komplete Kontrol S49 keyboard, various loops, and my guitar work on a Fender American Ultra Stratocaster, played through a Line 6 Helix processor.

Throwback vibes (note the horn sections) with modern elements and electric guitar-centric melodies and improvisation. Featuring the fantastic live drum work from @Docfritz (Peter Pasch)!

I'll Find You There

My take on a Joni Mitchell classic, "Both Sides Now" - using the orchestral track from her 2000 album by the same name (downloaded backing track from Paris Music), with my guitar melody/improv overdub. Guitar work played on a PRS Mark Holcomb SE, through my Line 6 Helix.

It's Not Too Late

The Japanese consider red dragonflies to be “very sacred,” offering a symbol of courage, strength and happiness. American Indians believe red dragonflies can “bring a time of rejuvenation after a long period of trials and hardship.”

An Enigma can be a person or anything that is mysterious and seems impossible to understand completely.  
With this idea as inspiration, I've created this Ambient soundscape, with guitar overlays, and multi-layered sonic elements.

Enigma

A mix of elements in this track, from ambient to a little rock, a little jazz, a hint of classical, etc. It serves as a soundtrack for an imaginary trip through time. My guitar work was performed on my PRS SE Custom 24, through my Line 6 Helix processor.

Time Traveler

A Convergence of sound layers with my guitar work throughout.  I used two Telecaster-style guitars (a Michael Kelly and a Larrivee), through my Line-6 Helix processor.  Recorded in Studio One Professional.

A melodic soundscape evoking memories of a loved one (furry or otherwise), and using a range of sound libraries (triggered with my Komplete Kontrol S49 keyboard), as well as my usual guitar work.  Guitars used - Fender American Ultra Strat, Larrive Telecaster, and my Line 6 Helix processor.  All produced in Studio One Professional.

Remembering Emma

Ikigai is a Japanese term that blends two words: “iki” meaning “to live,” and “gai” meaning “reason,” which translates to “a reason to live.” It's a concept that encourages people to discover what truly matters to them and to live a life filled with purpose and joy.

Sleeping Giants

As primarily a guitarist, I use several different guitars, Gibson Les Paul,  several PRS SE (and an S2) models (with some pickup modifications), Sire Larry Carlton S10, a Homer-T reliced Strat, and more. I record using a Line-6 Helix processor and a Fender Tone Master pedalboard.  I use Studio One Professional DAW and have a deep library of sounds, samples, and loops to create with.  The keyboard I use for triggering sounds and playing keyboard parts is a Komplete Kontrol S-49.

You'll see on my page (below) that my music also gets posted to several other platforms. I use CD Baby to publish my music to a greater audience.
