Neither Nor are a duo that have established themselves as pioneers of the Antalya
techno scene, as well as blowing up internationally thanks to various releases
on the likes of KD RAW, Odd Recordings, Jeton Records, Senso Sounds, and
IAMT.

The pair are now releasing their first EP on Oliver Huntemann’s Senso Sounds, the
label they have a strong affinity with, soundwise.
Scoop makes the case for this right off the bat - a pulsating rhythm with inventive
synth lead and whispered vocals. It’s shared here in its original form and as an
extended version.
Frequency is a track the duo originally produced in 2022, but revisited recently with
fresh ears and new production skills. As the guys say, “the track now embodies
our refined production style, combining dance floor energy with intricate sound
design.”

Sublime electronic act and DJ duo Hidden Empire debut on Truesoul.

The German pair has been refining their craft since 2015, regulars on Stil vor Talent, home to well-received albums ‘Mind Palace’ and ‘Lost Spirits’. Elsewhere they’ve dropped heat on imprints including Suara, Trapez and Filth on Acid.

Their sound scribbles outside the borders off traditional techno/house hybrid acts, spanning everything from muscular EBM, to stadium sized electronica. They’re deft acts at crafting laser-focused rollers, too. ‘Disco Future Rave’ begins as a crushing electro jam before building into an expansive peak-time thriller. ‘Switch it Up’ has bags of sass, marked by a catchy riff, punchy bottom end and plenty of gritty drums. A cut fit for both festival and club outings.

“This EP is about breaking habits and flipping expectations. Switch It Up was born from a desire to challenge our own formulas—groovy, high-energy, but twisting the flow with a punchy house vocal. On the B Side, Disco Future Rave is our tribute to the raw groove of the past meeting the euphoria of the future. Continuing to add exciting new talent to their roster, Astral Records welcomes Anto Neo to the label for his debut EP. Although just four releases into his journey under the Anto Neo moniker, the emerging artist has already made his mark in crafting futuristic, emotionally charged tracks with cinematic progressions and a polished, energetic sound. Known for merging aggressive beats with melodic elements, Anto Neo's music is designed to captivate both festival and club audiences as well as to provide a deep experience for introspective listening. In 2016, Anto Neo made waves with a remix for Echonomist, earning recognition within the electronic music scene. Following this milestone, he took a break to focus on songwriting and production work, collaborating with major labels like Columbia and Atlantic Records. This period deepened his expertise and shaped his distinctive sound. Upon returning to electronic music, and ultimately melodic house and techno, Anto found his footing quickly, recording projects for Frequenza, MUDRA and Outer Space Oasis across a three-month stretch. With a four-track showcase for Turkish imprint Widerworks highlighting the spring season, Anti Neo now adds Astral Records to his resume with ‘Ethereal'.

Beginning with ‘Ethereal', Anto showcases a melodic approach which sets the tone for the EP. Full of alluring textures and pyrotechnic design qualities, the rising phenom expertly blends punchy kick drums and key-changing grooves, with clustered effects, rebounding rhythms and emerging melodies, for a captivating path into the break. Further revealing his creative attitude across the interlude, it's an array of balmy textures and heartfelt melodies which converge to reveal an anthemic build, before getting washed away in a rush of beats and phasing synth-swagger for an engaging finale.

The companion piece ‘Apex' lands with an equally captivating approach, as Anto flexes his melody crafting prowess across the five-minute piece. Charged bass lines provide the anchor for spiralling arps, clustered synths and poignant sonics to highlight a dreamy top line, continually evolving as granular effects and spirited percussion create a club energy that is both stirring and confident, before a cinematic break adds a grandiose vibe and resets the proceedings for a tastefully twisted drop.
