Ultimae proudly presents "OPIA," the second Various Artists compilation curated by Danish DJ Christian Samsara. This artfully assembled collection of ten tracks captures the numinous essence of cinematic ambient music, IDM, and electronica, enveloping listeners in atmospheres that transcend the everyday, leading them into a lush sonic landscape. OPIA ideates the ambiguous intensity of eye contact, which can extrapolate to the profound connection between the music and its audience.

With influences ranging across a wide palette of rhythms, patterns, and pads, OPIA invites exploration of the liminal spaces between sound and silence. Within its fugacious harmonies, the music's transient beauty emerges, where melodies dance on the edge of perception before gently fading, leaving an afterglow of serene awe.

Echoform+ModeM is a new creative chapter and collaboration heavily influenced by the innovation, logic, and precision of early 1990's electronic music and modern day technical mechanix inspired by artists such as Time Modem, Lassigue Bendthaus, Aes Dana, Geomatic, Clock DVA, Implant Code, Sundial Aeon, E-Mantra, Artefakto, Trilithon, The Klinik, X Marks The Pedwalk, Handful of Snowdrops, and labels Music Research GMBH, Abfahrt, Boy, Ausfahrt, and Ultimae, among others. The music is a fusion of cerebral intelligence and trance influences. This is not techno dance floor drudgery.
