Electronic pioneer, Christopher Just’s initial music came out in 1993 under his own name and various pseudonyms, like “DJ One finger” and “ilsa Gold”. The “Petra” project was originally released in 1996 showcasing the ferocious sound of 90’s analog hardware. Over 25 years later Dax J presents his colossal remix of the relativity unknown and now unearthed gem that went under the radar for so many years. SLAM are a tour de force on the global Techno circuit. The duo’s unique, 6 deck, back-to-back DJ performances and explosive live sets have seen them amaze clubs & festivals across the world. Pioneers and innovators of the electronic music scene, Slam’s Orde Meikle and Stuart McMillan are renowned for their experience and powerful, contemporary sound.

Their iconic Soma Records label boasts more than 800 releases in its 33-year history, including Daft Punk’s first singles and Slam’s own productions as well as many of today’s most cutting edge artists. Co-owners of Glasgow’s Riverside Festival, the pair also host the legendary Pressure parties and have a longstanding RTM residency at the city’s Sub Club, dealing out a monthly supply of raw, hypnotic techno.

They also produce the respected weekly Techno podcast, Slam Radio, which has now surpassed over 600 episodes, demonstrating their continued conviction in providing an antidote to the mainstream.

In a season of surprises, the pivotal influence of the wonders of radio on Markus Schulz isn't one of them. The theater of the mind, the friend who is always there no matter what time of day or night. One particular aspect of radio which deeply resonates with Markus to this day is the period between Christmas and New Year, where classics and championed tracks dominated the airwaves. 

A few years after establishing his weekly Global DJ Broadcast radio show, a new tradition was born; where he would honor and cherish those special melodies and words through the Classics Showcase. This one in particular is extra special, as it marks the milestone 20th edition; meaning that there are now some 40 hours of Global DJ Broadcast Classics Showcase episodes created with the special one to one connection towards the listener in mind. Hopefully there is one particularly special melody or song in there that means a lot to you personally.

Patrick began his journey spinning records at underground raves in Canada back in 1996. It wasn't long before he ventured into producing the very music that inspired him to DJ in the first place. Beyond crafting his sound, Patrick shared his expertise with others by offering advice and teaching music production classes. After relocating to Berlin, Patrick deepened his craft by founding Neptune Mastering, where his intimate knowledge of sound systems and dance floor dynamics ensures every record he masters delivers precision and impact. His dedication to perfecting the techno sound has cemented his reputation as a trusted engineer and producer.
