Carl Cox is an iconic figurehead of the electronic music industry, whose influential legacy includes his much famed label Intec, which he runs with friend and business partner Jon Rundell.

The new Intec release is from D-Unity and Matt Sassari who made their label debut in 2016 with a top selling EP titled “Fire Up” and now it’s time for a much anticipated follow up.

Canadian artist D-Unity has previously released on a wide selection of labels ranging from Toolroom and Suara to Yoshitoshi and Armada. Often at the top of sales charts, his party starting Techno anthems are regularly supported by everyone from Eric Prydz to Danny Tenaglia.

French man Matt Sassari is also a high calibre artist whose music has featured on labels including Tronic, Bitten and UMEK’s 1605 amongst many others. He is also a popular DJ regularly flying between continents to play international gigs.

Both D-Unity and Matt Sassari are solo artists, but when they come together and collaborate their combined output is stuff of legend.

The first track titled “I Like It” has a thick foundation laid by the tracks pounding kick drum. Powerful vocals infuse the track with energy, pulsating pads provide enthralling tension, and bass stabs provide the final touch to this high octane slice of hands in the air Techno.

Track two “All I Want Is” follows the same formula as the first, but with a Hip Hop influenced vocal sample it has more of a party vibe. With a slight tribal influence from the rolling percussion this dancefloor focused track
is a prefect party starter.

In the beginning it was the sound 🇺🇦

Renesanz Records, Orange Recordings, Gate Recordings, Ballroom, Error Records, Rezongar Music,  just to name a few labels on which he has immortalized himself. In recent years he has been a regular guest in the Traxsource Techno 100 Artists charts of the year and never tires of providing us with new tracks. 
But not only as a producer, also as a DJ he manages to give the crowd goosebumps with his sets of rolling basses, crazy effects combined with synths. Whether it's "Rave on Snow", "Wagenbau Hamburg" or "Die Rakete Nürnberg", Patrick always manages to take people on a journey together with his musical repertoire. Hero’s homebase is Die Fabrik in Bayreuth and there he welcomes the who's who of the techno scene.
