Heute begrüßen wir Joe Egassy aus Köln bei uns. 2012 begann sich Joe für das DJing zu interessieren und legte zunächst bei Hochzeiten, in Bars oder zu privaten Geburtstagen auf. 2016 besuchte Joe einige Festivals, die ihn dazu inspirierten tiefer in die Kunst des Auflegens einzusteigen, wodurch sein DJ Name
„Joe Egassy“ ins Leben gerufen wurde. Erst legte er regelmäßig Psytrance auf, und wechselte dann später zu Techno. Seither spielte er dann auf unzähligen Festivals, Raves und in Clubs, in Ländern wie Luxemburg, Frankreich, Griechenland, Italien und natürlich Deutschland.
Wir bedanken uns für sein Set und wünschen ihm für seinen weiteren Weg alles Gute!

I’ve decided to stream the set I’ve played on NYE at Hammahalle, instead of recording or playing a new one. The reason I played this set, is because Jonty could not join us that day due to his illness, so I played "instead" of him, but I had the feeling that we played together. I visited Jonty few days before NYE, and believe me, I had his words very present when playing this set. Each track, every mix, was a thought about him. I played viscerally that day, with the inner side of my soul. This is a tribute to Jonty, somebody who strongly supported me from the beginning, who always had the right words for motivating me, somebody who showed us love and passion for the music, and his powerful human measure. It’s a hard loose. I will miss you forever, but forever and deeply will remain your footprint left on us.

Patrick Scuro aka SCURO BLACK is a Berlin (Germany) based techno artist. He started his music career in 01/01/2020 in the holy halls of Club Ost Mainhall in Berlin. He takes pleasure in taking his audience on a mind blowing cosmic trip by focusing on dark, melodic and driving sounds. 

In 2021 he decided to open his own label "Animarum Recordings". Animarum is latin and means "souls" in English - bcs. of this he calls the releases #soultechno releases. 

2023 he started his Hard Techno Alias „SCURO BLACK“ 
Where he is playing faster music from 140-160 bpm.
