The lyrics to this song were written earlier in the year, inspired by the simple phrase 'rhyme and reason' and how often we have reason for things but there is isn't any rhythm or passion in doing them and then any reason we had is lost and it becomes a chore.

Reason (No Rhyme)

This song drew inspiration from the show Mr Robot and the computer term Kernal Panic which is 'an action taken by an operating system where it can't recover from an error'. I am a fan of Naked & Famous, CHVRCHES and MGMT so wanted to try something in a similar style. Hope you enjoy!

I was playing around making a drum & bass track and thought a motivational speech would make perfect vocals, a snippet from speaker Les Brown's 'How to Get to Know Yourself' presentation fit the bill.

Little Arguments

Annah and I were both fans of this track and wanted to cover for a while. Similar to Ellie Gouldings cover I have used Acoustic guitar, keyboard and some ambient synths to make Annahs voice stand out. She nailed all the vocals in one take!
