I’m Patti Digh, a speaker, published author of 8 books, and diversity and inclusion strategist.

My mission is to support you as you navigate leadership, diversity/inclusion, and innovation challenges. I do this through executive and senior management team coaching and training, in private executive coaching on leadership, speaking with heart and purpose, and a leader's role in effecting change. You can use these skills to be a more inclusive and globally literate leader and a more effective communicator about change.

My comments about diversity and inclusion have appeared on PBS, PBS Australia, The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Fortune magazine, The London Financial Times, and many other media outlets. I have published over 100 articles on the topics of global leadership and diversity.

I have served on diversity advisory boards and/or as a diversity strategist for Boeing, REI, Pepsi, the American Society on Aging, the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Society of Association Executives, the New Zealand Association for Human Resources, the Government of Guyana, the Australian Human Resources Association, and others. In the mid-90s, I was appointed to the U.S. President's Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities.
