Heavily inspired by the last summer of mixing with Dico Dyl in the UK. The set captures rare groove, afro and latin music with a little house tinge added to the mix.

Funky Rare Groove - Summer 2022 dancefloor mix

A synergy between two DJs which I've never experienced before, this set captures our friendship and our music inclination. Riddled with Afro and Latin House Grooves and Deep Cuts from our collection, this set was one to remember and we are so happy to have pressed record on that night. Enjoy x

This was a sick one! We changed the classic stage and dancefloor dynamic by introducing a table right in front of the stage. Opening up the stage for some boiler room like vibes. Enjoy these afro latin housy bits with tinges of acid!

We went down some interesting avenues in this set, started with some afro beats, thanks to Woody New for setting the tone with his last track, and proceeded to explore some Latin house, cosmic groove, funk, Habibi funk, acidy cumbia, afro beats, electro sounds, classic house. Took a bit of inspiration from a recently made friend who loves to juggle genres and we just let it flow down various paths while keeping it somewhat cohesive with our usual flavouring.
