Music is the window to a magic world
I have been playing and listening to music for a long time. I like music with soul and energy.
Music,  like laughter,  can quieten the mind to a place where thinking is not needed and the truth unfolds
Music at its basic level is energy and a way of tapping into and releasing emotions, Happy, Sad, Fear and Anger
Emotions are nether good or bad but can be useful to experience the moment and live in the here and now
And not in the past (getting depressed) or the future (getting anxious)
The Secret of Life
Don't Worry, Be Happy
You do have a choice where you want to live
I would suggest that experiencing emotions in the moment, and using them to inform our thinking in the present is the best way to live for a human
