Playing the Koeln Piano as sampled by Alan Parsons for IKM Sampletank III, mixed with stereo analog strings from my Korg Krome, I watched the beginning of the lunar eclipse and simply hit 'record'.  There are a few areas that will require editing...but this is the 'raw' first take....

Blood Moon Symphony #1

Have always loved and felt 'Em' and 'C maj' inside me -  going between the two.  Often with the B maj 5 chord turn around.  Tonight - however - everything came at once - including F#m7(-5) --> B7 (-9) turn around.  Then hit by childlike Emajor motif -  as they played with each other back and forth - with interspersed wonder chords (Gmaj7 - F#m7 - D/C)  finally won over by Em/C power chords (holding root & third above the octave with left hand) to symphonic ending......

An original tune, recorded using Logic and an Acoustic Guitar patch from IKMultimedia (SampleTank 3).  Using the Korg Krome as my MIDI controller, I believe I was able to emulate an actual acoustic guitar as faithfully as one can using a keyboard.  The tune itself represents an improvised recording, driven by the sound of the guitar...and my real or imagined memories of the serenity one experiences as a child.  The kind of peace and security that is not generated by experience - but instead is inseparable from the experience....and can only be appreciated as such retrospectively...
