Description: I wrote this as a way of getting to grips with Vocalise, the new plugin I recently bought from Heavyocity, hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

I seem to have jumped from demo 2 to demo 17. Except I haven't; I have remixed and remastered this fucking song 15 fucking times since the last upload. How do professional producers/engineers do this? It's punishing.

So yeah, overall minimal changes since last time - some bass over the intro and a slightly changed bongo pattern in the middle 8. However, I've done a million different tweaks to the compression, EQ, etc, as well as boosting the bass on the kick drum to try and get something that provides that low end "thump" and hooks in with the guitars and bass (which are tuned to low E1, but have a less booming sound as they're an 8 string guitar and a Squier Bass VI).

Anyway, this is where I think I'm going to leave this track. If anyone wants to offer vocals, feel free, but you're paying for professional mastering.

Paul Reynolds is a Film Composer and Solo Artist, his musical background ranges from progressive metal bands to classical piano, His Solo work is as equally varied, writing music for silent movies, zombie horror films as well as his own electronic/classical crossover album, "Dark Matter," which is soon to be released alongside a solo piano album of composition written by Paul, some of which were written when he was just six years old.
