The Return

Hailing from the North East of England and taking no prisoners in showing the Southerners how it is done, DJ, Promoter and master of the harder styles Minty Fresh, takes each and every live hardstyle set very seriously. Just listening to his most recent demo offering, it is a set that covers a whole spectrum of blisteringly hot hardstyle anthems and is representative of the kind of raw, energetic and lively set you would receive from our man Minty on any one of the main stages he has the experience of playing upon in a number of locations UK wide.

Inspired in his formative years by the likes of The Prodigy, Tiesto, The Tidy Boys, Lisa Lashes and having an underground musical education from his Sister Alyson (whom had the opportunity to experience the explosion of the rave scene in it's earliest beginnings), Minty quickly took to learning the art of the mix and mastering all formats before stepping up his game to perform gigs, playing out a variation of styles in the beginning that ranged from trance to hard house and now hardstyle; Minty has shared stages and line-ups with such praised performers as Lisa Lashes, Mark.E.G, DJ Sy, Darren Styles, Dark By Design, along with a few others at venues such as exit club, K2, Elysium, Hoko 10 and The Barn.

Presently Minty is gearing up for studio production and with further instalments of his and Shortie's Hectic Audio nights in the planning for various dates across the South Coast, our sure fire crowd rocker is fully hands on with plans for a very hardstyle themed 2015, with future bookings already put in place for the coming months – prepare for pure hardstyle fire!
