LEAVE - Once The Musical

This is a one take recording done very early on a Saturday morning after a night of gigging! Usually in A with a capo on the second fret, we dropped it back to G for the early morning vocal vibe!!!!! Julia and I wrote this song together. The Guitar and Vocals were recorded live in one take and the piano was overlayed by me straight after in one take also.  The only thing that annoys me about this take is that the melody is actually my line and the harmony is Julia's but the sound engineer, who had just recorded us doing another song with the vox around the other way, left the final mix of these vocals as if Jules was on melody and I was on harmony. Jules, maybe its time to re-record this!!!!!!!!

Paul is an Australian Actor, Director, Singer and Musician.

Most recently Paul has been playing the role of Madonna in the Australian Tour of We Will Rock You under the direction of Ben Elton. Paul also covers the role of Khashoggi and covers Australian music legend Brian Mannix in the role of Buddy.
 
Paul has also recently been seen in Once the Musical Australia, covering the lead role of Guy and the roles of Andre, Eamon, Emcee and Svec and playing guitar and uke in Chong Lim's Orchestra for Disney Under The Stars
