This is a quick job to test PLAYING the electric drums and recording the MIDI as opposed to manually tabbing the notes. 
Absolutely NO editing was done to them.
Mistakes all left.
Barely mixed, tracks unbussed, no mastering.

Just for fun. I have always wanted to try and redo a Meshuggah song, acoustically. Their approach to music is like no other and the pattern-style riffs should be brought to the masses in other forms to help evolve music!
I encourage new listeners to pay attention to the patterns being played over 16 quarter note spans. Why not utilize this approach while writing popular music?
