From the hallowed halls of Berghain to the pulsating heart of Fabrik, Regal has graced legendary clubs and festivals, captivating audiences at Awakenings, Tomorrowland and beyond. Since 2012, he unleashed hits on esteemed labels such as BPitch, Figure and Exhale, and collaborated with the likes of Len Faki and Amelie Lens. He remixed the works of notable artists like Nina Kraviz, Ellen Allien, and Emmanuel Top, while his tracks have undergone remixes by industry legends like Radio Slave, Thomas P. Heckmann, and Slam. In addition, his imprint Involve Records has established itself as the epicenter of 303-infused acid sounds, boasting a roster that includes the formidable talents of Boston 168, FJAAK and Alignment.

For this episode we invited Setaoc Mass. As a DJ and producer, he is part of a select cut of young artists who are absorbing techno’s legacy and carrying the torch into tomorrow. Whilst overseeing his own imprint SK_eleven, his releases push a galvanising brand of techno, steeped in a sense of urgency, ever-propulsive with acute detailing and nods to a futuristic space-age. In addition to a debut release on Len Faki’s Figure which has caught the eye of some of the scene’s most respected DJ’s. As a selector, the Mancunian’s extended DJ sets pull from an expansive spectrum of material both new and old.

On this month's edition of the MindTrip Podcast, we are pleased to welcome on board one of Russian's finest techno exports, Unbalance. He has already built a very solid career with a series of records released on many great labels such as ARTS, Pole Group, Dynamic Reflection as well as his first label that is also called Unbalance. Holding residencies and regular gigs throughout his hometown and also into Europe in clubs like Tresor and Berghain, he quickly gained a reputation as a skillful and excellent DJ with flawless sets moving from classic techno sounds to a more futuristic wave. Aleksandr is also ready to launch his new label project this June, a platform where he will release music of his as well as other artists, newcomers, and veterans. More details will be announced in May. Till then please enjoy a perfect driven techno mix for the next one hour.
