This is a cover of Promontory.
Excellent theme, although I've never sat through the whole film before, but I've caught the end a few times lol.
This ended up sounding quite futuristic, especially when comparing to the original.

MM Stingray - Funky Slap Bass Improv Solo (By Paul B)
