About Ben Gingras:

Ben Gingras is an American house and techno DJ who has been a deep-rooted dance music and rave scene member for 25 years. He’s a newly minted resident for Fader Events, following a breakout live PA in support of Rodriguez Jr. & Liset Alea and headlining the closing party of St. Petersburg’s Movement Sanctuary. 

Ben has been a musician his whole life, beginning in his early childhood when he played upright bass in his school orchestra. He comes from a musical family, which is often heard in his productions as piano or saxophone elements, instruments played by his parents.  

His DJ sets are known for their intricate programming and long mixes, a callout to his insatiable appetite for music history and knowledge, which has resulted in a deep catalog of ‘crate diggers’ that pair perfectly with modern cuts. Ben has respected and admired the ability of music to move people collectively through shared positive experiences since he was a child, a gift he hopes to give back through his music.

Biografía : 
Cristian Caro de Bogotá, Colombia inicia escuchando música electrónica empezando por el trance en el año 2010, años después su gusto musical pasa por géneros como el Deep House y Techno para finalmente conocer el Progressive House en el 2018. Sus mayores referentes son Hernán Cattaneo, DJ Ruby, Ezequiel Arias, EANP, Cid Inc entre otros. Su sonido es muy versátil dependiendo la ocasión pero siempre intenta transmitir emociones fuertes, profundas y envolventes con mucho Groove en sus sets para brindar siempre una buena experiencia inmersiva auditiva. 

En la actualidad ha firmado en sellos como AHDigital, BC2 Récords, Balcan Connection South América, Symmetric Récords, Mycelium entre otros. Ha sido parte de line ups y compartido cabina con artistas internacionales como Emi Galván, Roy Rosenfeld, XYZKO y se viene pronto una presentación importante con Christopher Erre(ARG) de la mano también con Gux Jiménez en el mejor club de Colombia según DJ MAG puesto 99 a nivel global (Octava Club) donde ha ido ganando la confianza de su curaduría y haciéndose un nombre en el sitio para presentar su propuesta la ciudad como en su país.
