It is February 26th 2013 and my wife is 4 months pregnant. This song is the first song I have written about our first child. Of course I am scrambling to make ends meet and I am trying so hard to be successful doing what I love. Creating and performing music. PLEASE SHARE this video. You have the power to make me successful as a creator and a musician. Nowadays it isn't a giant record company or a corporate radio station that says what's good and breaks a new artist, it’s you. You the fan have the power through word of mouth and social media to help undiscovered talent rise to the top. That is why it is so important for my career that you, the fan, share this, like this, comment on this and give it away. Frankly, that goes for any undiscovered artist you find on the web.

Protector Provider - Free

- April 17th 2013 – I have decided to change the name of the song to “Stand Tall Stand Proud.” The name change was suggested by Patty Fitts Charlton. Thank you. It made me think a little. “Stand Tall Stand Proud” hints at something more positive and just makes more sense. I left the original blog post in tact below.

- April 16th 2013 – I wrote this song “Fucked Up Few” today. April 16th 2013. A day after The Boston Marathon Bombing where a 29 year old woman and an 8 year old boy were killed and 180 people injured, some suffering from loss of limbs. It is such a sad event. I couldn’t help but write a song about how I felt. I hope that we can see the light in the darkness and overcome the culture of hate, fear and disrespect that has gained high ratings and major profits for media outlets, penetrating our hearts and dividing our people. I feel the only way to change those around us, who might do such a thing, is for us to change our selves and become a light in the darkness. This song is for the people of Boston and for the people of the world.

Stand Tall Stand Proud

Paul Chase Jr is a passionate and intricate solo acoustic performer and songwriter. This is music that is interesting and yet very emotional. Nothing boring going on here. You can hear the years spent experiencing music and life in every song. Paul's views of the world are not just on the surface.
