Plaisirs Sonores Records is proud to unveil Golden Flight EP, a dynamic new release featuring a collaboration between Nicolas Viana and Federico Monachesi. The EP includes two original tracks, Golden Flight and Coral, bringing together the unique styles and strengths of each artist to deliver a compelling progressive house experience.

Nicolas Viana, from Argentina, has been steadily building his reputation in the progressive and melodic house scene with releases on respected labels and support from leading DJs worldwide. He previously appeared on Plaisirs Sonores Records with Endgame, a standout collaboration with Anonimat. Known for lush melodies, emotive atmospheres, and impeccable production skills, Nicolas continues to craft music that resonates both on the dancefloor and in personal listening.

Federico Monachesi, hailing from Italy, makes his debut on Plaisirs Sonores Records with this release. Federico has developed a signature sound that blends organic textures, deep grooves, and emotive chord progressions. With a growing presence in the international electronic music scene, he brings a refined sense of musicality and energy to this collaboration.

The EP opens with the title track, Golden Flight, an uplifting, melody-driven journey with hypnotic rhythms perfect for sunset & sunrise moments. Coral offers a deeper, more intricate exploration, demonstrating the artists versatility while maintaining a strong groove for the dancefloor.

Dion Paola is a progressive house DJ and producer from Melbourne, Australia.

Ramiro Britez Bernal, known as Rama (AR), is a DJ and producer from Formosa, Argentina. 

Focused on Progressive House, Deep House and Melodic Techno, he has released on labels such as AH-Digital, South America Avenue Inception, Cho-ku-rei Records, Symmetric Records and Shona Records. Active as a DJ since 2020, he creates groovy and melodic atmospheres and has shared the booth with artists including Ezequiel Arias, Kevin Di Serna, Greta Meier and other talents from the Argentine scene.

Captivating crowds from Buenos Aires to Melbourne, John’s deep passion transcends his humble beginnings as a resident DJ. Signed to onedotsixtwo, Warung and more, his sound is unmistakable. 

Opening the EP with ‘Snano’, tough, rumbling bass and sparse percussions give way to detailed sonics and a dark hook that grooves with unencumbered joy. Mutating over the break with filters, the tension rises for a massive second half; the dancefloor a mass of gyrating bodies and warm smiles. 

Next up, ‘Idid’ builds and builds and builds. The perfect mid-set bruiser, warm sweeps and spoken words set the stage as aquatic synths draw you in - deep trance at its finest.  The ebbs and flows never lose their heads, and never become repetitive. A work of genius. 

Finally, ‘Habana’ rounds out the pack in fine form. More percussive than the others, touches of samba add sophistication. Spiky synths mark time as wild analogue arps and vocal ad libs  take the dance floor into ecstasy. Deep, satisfying and utter devastating from the master craftsman.
