Back in the 'Good ol' days' I had a residency at Ripsnorter in Bristol, arguably the South West of Englands finest club night for several years. From Ripsnorter came Breaksnorter, which although I can not actually claim is mine, I can say that along with DJ Ram, and Dan Pearce (Eats Everything), we pioneered, pushed and persevered with breakbeat until it was given the exposure at Ripsnorter it deserved. ENJOY!!

Paul Edwards is a West Country based DJ who you have probably never heard of, nonetheless he has been about since 1996 when he played his first gigs in Bournemouth, in March 1997 he played a last minute set at Heresy at club Loco in Bristol and was immediately offered a residency by the promotor (Ben Davis) which he took up, he also played regularly for a night called 'Divine' at Lakota, Bristol which was the late Tony Di Vis charity events for aids awareness. Paul took a few years out for personal reasons but in 2002 was back with a guest set at Ripsnorter in Bristol and once again immediately offered a residency by DJ Pod (Mr Ripsnorter). Paul has a huge range of music and is very versatile as a DJ and really knows how to use tune selection and his charismatic energy to work a dance floor. He has been described as the 'Best warm up DJ in the world' a slot he absolutely loves playing. Currently Paul is regularly playing for Tribe of Frog in Bristol and has guested and headlined for various other nights. Paul has warmed up, and played alongside many many big names including Eats Everything and The late great Robert Miles.
