Ok so here's the final edit. I'm pretty happy with it but it needs mastering by a professional because I don't have the resources (or skills). This is the best I can do in my little studio.

Where I Wish

Inspired by the video games of my childhood, games like Streets of Rage and Duke Nukem II. I don't know why I called it Briefcase... It might have something to do with the video for Interceptor by Mitch Murder... Actually it was that track that inspired me to make this... As well as the video games...

The latest assignment at uni is to make a radio advert about anything (real or made up). I've gone with an alternative reality/sci-fi theme and decided to advertise a complete home AI solution. Sounds fairly good I reckon... I wonder if it's gonna get marked down cos it doesn't really sound like anything you actually hear on the radio... It's too late to make a new project before the deadline now...

UPDATE: I got a first for this project with a mark of 77/100.

Another uni thing. Had to make a manifesto that set out some rules for a one minute piece. I wrote the manifesto and made this track. The vocal samples are from a GTA5 mission where Trevor pretends he can't speak English to get past some mean dudes so he can steal something from them and his mate gets the shit kicked out of him lol... I love that game.

A fing what I dun for uni. Aiming for a sort of dubstep sound like Nero circa 2010. Not really my thing but the tutor doesn't like techno. I don't know what the picture's about. I just googled "most significant event in 2010" and picked this one. (I am actually making techno despite it not being on here. Trying to get a decent portfolio together and create a new soundcloud account for it.)

Side-fumbling

A project for experimental music at uni. There are 52 bars of drums, one for every card in the deck, each audibly distinct from any other and each designed by me. The order in which they're played is decided by a random number generator. This is just one of 8.0658175E+67 possible iterations the project could output, that's more than the number of seconds the universe has existed. I don't necessarily like it the way it is here but the point is to listen to what the random number generator gives you. The guitar notes randomly change octaves too.
