You will LOVE this elegant 1945 Ellington jazz blues, given a mellow swing in this 2014 recording. Kitty has a lovely lilt to her voice, and blends with Nicks easy stride piano to great effect.

I posted a comparison last week but deleted it - this is a better one, just me noodling Stay on a Strat with Kinmans, neck pickup, Beautiful Day verse sound.

I had a lot of problems with asymmetric clipping on the Liverpool and tried lots of things to fix it. The solution revealed something about the Joyo - it is not true bypass. I had them in series, Liverpool first into the Joyo. When I did them in isolation, the clipping (almost - there are a couple of crackles on the Liverpool one and my level was NOT too high) was gone. The Joyo, on the other hand, caused no problems at all apart from when the Liverpool sound was routed through it.

This was as close as I could get it with the pedals plugged in one at a time.
