P.A.U.L. looks back on more than three decades of ambitious music perception, but it was not until 2007 that he gave way the urge, to present his own DJ-creations to a wider public. Inspired by the consistently positive feedback from his audience, he refined the techniques and the possibilities of digital DJ-ing, and since then he set a very high standard to himself: The constant reinvention of a perfect set for the dance floor. His style is finest Electro and Tech House, well seasoned with a few vocals, driving beats, hypnotic melodies and ecstatic flows.

His roots can be found with the grandmasters of electronic music, like Yello, Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode. Their timeless originality and ingenuity are the measure for the selection and composition of his sets. Significant inspiration for his work is delivered by the icons of DJ culture: John Digweed, Sasha, Deep Dish and Hernan Cattaneo, to name only the most important influences.

P.A.U.L. blickt zurück auf über drei Jahrzehnte ambitionierter Musikwahrnehmung, jedoch sollte es bis 2007 dauern, dass er dem Drang seine eigenen DJ Kreationen einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit vorzustellen, nachgab. Angespornt vom durchweg positiven Feedback seines Auditoriums feilte er an der Technik und den Möglichkeiten des digitalen DJ-ings und hat seither einen sehr hohen Anspruch an sich selbst: Das perfekte Set für den Dancefloor immer wieder neu zu erfinden. Sein Style ist feinster Electro und Tech House, gut gewürzt mit ein paar Vocals, treibende Beats , hypnotische Melodien und ekstatische Flows. 

Seine Wurzeln sind bei den Altmeistern der elektronischen Musik zu finden, wie Yello, Kraftwerk oder Depeche Mode. Deren zeitlose Originalität und Genialität sind Maßstab bei Auswahl und Komposition seiner aktuellen Sets. Maßgebliche Inspiration für sein Schaffen liefern Ihm die Granden der DJ-Culture: John Digweed, Sasha, Deep Dish und Hernan Cattaneo, um nur die wichtigsten Einflüsse zu nennen.
