Throughout the Global DJ Broadcast calendar, Markus Schulz strives to go a step further by creating a selection of specialist themed concept mixes; reflecting the broad palette of his sound. Last year, a sixth such theme was born, dedicated to the high tempo and uplifting feelings of trance, titled as Dream Sequence. Such was the response, this particular concept returns for a second outing in 2022. 

The mix is highlighted by Markus' new single with HALIENE, Butterfly x Metamorphosis, which is released on Friday, and two tracks extracted from Daxson's upcoming artist album Face the Future, released next week; weaved around lots of uplifting favorites from the regular studio shows across the past 12 months.

Since establishing himself in 1997 with the seminal ‘Far From The Maddening Crowds’, to his breakout album ‘Behind The Sun’ (2000), to his second-gen LPs ‘Somersault’ (2007) and ‘Giants’ (2010), Nick Bracegirdle has fashioned a flawless album discography filled with instant classics.

Born in Chalfont St Giles, England, Bracegirdle was quickly acknowledged and applauded for supplying the soundtrack to the seminal Ibiza period, becoming the aural backdrop to the Ibiza of sunsets and sunrises. 

There are, however, two sides to Chicane: his records and his live performance. Over the last fifteen years the standard and excitement of Chicane shows has grown, and the shows permeate the very essence of what Chicane is all about: people sharing a unifying moment through music, no matter what age or culture they belong to.

Chicane, somewhat confusingly for those early dance fans, is a band. They have played festivals like Glastonbury and V Festival, as well as countless gatherings around the globe and on every continent. They’ve powered out hits such as Offshore, Saltwater, Don't Give Up, Stoned In Love, Poppiholla, juxtaposing them with more esoteric and loved tracks from six studio albums and newer live favorites.
