Paul Napash (professionally known as PaulStar) is a multi-talented artist, musician, songwriter and 2x nominated producer. He lives in Smiths Falls, Ontario (About an hour away from Ottawa), but originally born and raised in Chisasibi and Waskaganish located in Northern Quebec. Napash attended Algonquin College in a Music Industry Arts program 2016-2017 where he learned hands-on experience and real-life situation in recording, music business, entrepreneurship in the music industry, personal presentation skills, digital audio concepts and more. He started a label PaulStar Entertainment (2017)and rebranded to Meikin Records (2021). He also recently started his own band Cloudy Roads, they played at one of the hot hubs where tourist hang out called the Ottawa Sign (Byward Market) among with other musicians in the city, they played there for 7 weeks during the hot summer. They also played at Ottawa Boat Party Cruise and Avant Garde (free event), they plan to play more shows in 2023/2024.
