April was a fun month. The Manny Cantor Center in LES of NYC had a special spin class every Wednesday night and music was provided by me!

This is one of the sets I did for the class series and is a slight departure from my normal sets. I incorporated multiple genres to fit the needs of a spin class: warm up, hills, sprints, etc.
