His continuous presence on BBC Radio 1 and sought-after summer residencies underline his influence, complemented by a growing repertoire of successful releases on renowned labels like Cuttin’ Headz, Saved, Kaluki, Sola, and his own Xscape imprint. Already announced to join label boss Jamie Jones this summer in Ibiza for Paradise at Amnesia, the UK talent first serves up a stunning three-tracker ‘XTC’ featuring a collab with HoneyLuv, plus a huge remix from Hot Creations’ leading man who steps out on home turf for the first time this year showcasing his trademark head-bopping groove. 

“This is a special release for me as it’s my third offering on Hot Creations so to also have a remix from Jamie makes it full circle. It’s cool to hear how my music has developed over the 3 releases. ‘XTC’ came from a studio session in London with HoneyLuv and what came from it was this fun and energetic track. ‘Fly Away’ however, is a hypnotic tale which has been a tool in my sets for a little while now.” - Mason Maynard 

Title track ‘XTC’ finds Maynard and HoneyLuv team up for a confident club groover with menacing vocal hooks and playful rhythms, infusing a retro essence into the track. Next, Jones crafts an exemplary, underground dubby take on the track, intertwining layered effects and hypnotic atmospherics for the ultimate dancefloor weapon. To close, ‘Fly Away’ is another twisted offering that comes with Maynard’s distinct blend of depth, melody and groove carefully designed with a futuristic feel.

the release opens with the track "Roll Out" a track that doesn't let you take a break on the dance floor, a strong kick combined with a rhythmic moog bass and afro house toms that creates a powerful groove. The incredible synthesizer party enters the main drop, which gives the track an even more danceable vibe and of course the cherry on the cake is the piercing vocal recitative.

No less energetic and danceable is the second track called "Rotate"

Long and low bass intertwines with insidious house stabs that do their unique work on the dance floor.Also, the vocals that lead the listener create tension and a desire to hear the main drop.

And concludes this amazing release, a remix by the virtuoso of powerful percussion and rhythms, Ivan Masa.

In his composition, Ivan focuses on a unique percussion groove and super precise bassline. He also pays attention to the vocals to give them new colors in his amazing remix.
