In the spring of 2020 at the height of covid, both Pablo and I spoke about writing a song about what we wanted to do. We came to the realisation that all we missed was meeting our friends at house parties.
As we both went into our corners of Paris and the South respectively, we came up with the lyrics to « Je ne sais » reminiscing the times we wanted to, did fall in and broke out of love all in the timespan of a house party. Pablo was always too good at melodies and a highly talented writer - his passion inspired me to go further into my writing and to be as good as he was.

He was gone way too soon.

Yap! wrote this track in the height of a heatwave going through Paris in the summer on 2022. Trying to cool and tired of the heat, this song represents the mood at the time.
