Payroll Jackson has been pursuing music professionally for approximately a decade and has been honing his lyrical skills since the age of 13. He traveled back and forth from his hometown of Cleveland, OH to Seattle, WA before eventually relocating to Phoenix, AZ. 

The seasoned-lyricist is influenced by a wide-range of talented artists such as: 2pac, Jay-Z, Scarface, Jadakiss, and more; however, his influences aren’t limited by geographical region or a certain "type"-as he appreciates good hip-hop without prejudice.

The registered BMI member is constantly solidifying his buzz by interacting with his fans via live performances. He's performed in several venues across the United States, in cities such as: Phoenix, Cleveland, Seattle, Tucson, and San Francisco. 

Payroll Jackson has learned an abundance of lessons throughout the years. "Everything in this business cost either time or money... so you have to be sure that you are doing the right things," he said. He has collaborated with several talented artists and producers
