Veteran word-slinger Visionobi, aka Richard Twaites, is no stranger to the Soulvent camp. After releasing his debut LP ‘Weather The Storm’ on the label back in 2023 to great acclaim, he then continued turning penmanship into audio with the notably introspective ‘Open Book’ EP in 2024. Returning once again to his soul-soaked home, we are thrilled to announce another follow-up release, this time in the form of the Modus Operandi EP! 

Following on from ‘Enamour’ Richard continues the verbal onslaught with EP title-track ‘Modus Operandi’ - produced by regular collaborator and recent debut producer on Symmetry Recordings, Mr Vektah. The output, as though we couldn’t expect it, is pure synergy. Lawrence’s weight-beats provide the perfect sparring partner for Visionobi’s lofty and limitless literary potential. 

Landing in all good stores on Friday the 5th of December, be sure not to sleep on the 2nd offering from the ‘Modus Operandi’ EP!

The Yamatai avengers have assembled. Leks, Speaker Louis, R3IDY and Chamba combined forces over a weekend to forge Yamatai Records' first writers camp release. After a weekend of laughs, beer and pizza followed by further amendments and collaboration they can finally present their joint two track single Late Night Antics and Jungle Survival!

These two tracks have been getting some serious testing by the whole Yamatai crew and we’ve heard nothing but good things.
