The group described how Moloko’s The Time Is Now inspired them, stating: “We had the words running through our minds for a few weeks, just thinking about where they took us. It sparked us into writing Above. All the best love songs have a shot of poison. Musically, we were back at Patrick Adams meets Basic Channel.” It’s a blissful five-minute offering, made up of rounded percussion and a warming underlying groove. Gentle kick-hat combos make up the overarching rhythm, whilst soothing vocals accentuate the track’s reflective nature. Dreamy chords soon meander into rolling key chimes to form an emotive, feel-good cut.

Yes, around seven years ago Phil Fidalgo actually wrote a song that clocks in at just over 3 minutes! This little bit of "pop angst" features the original lineup of Philmore, Bobbo, and King, and the bass, drums, and rhythm guitar tracks were recorded a couple of weeks ago, and I added everything else recently via GarageBand. I used a mic'd and capo'd Godin Seagull acoustic, and my imitation cheapo Strat copy, plugged directly into the laptop/audio interface/ GB amp simulations

The 3rd track “Forgotten But Not Lost” is a track that Koen wrote back in 2010. 
Just a short while ago, when making studio back-ups he ran into the demo version and thought it would be nice to finish it and finally put it out. Smart choice because this amazing moody progressive gem - that you usually would not expect from our Tech Don - must be heard ! 
Kurt Klang takes us back to the late 80’s via his dirty ass beats and sounds in the belter that is “Squawk”.

Baker Street

Philmore plays Guitars,Mandolin and yes, even some Keyboards, and Bass on Philmore/King tunes and Sings Lead and Backing Vocals-Bobbo plays Bass and sings Backing Vocals - Geo plays Bass when Bobbo is away...  which is most of the time during the spring and summer... and might play 2nd.Guitar and Sing a bit if the opportunity ever presents itself- King plays Drums and other percussive items and Sings the occasional Lead Vocal and lots of Backing Vocals. We get together and jam at the "Philmore EHT" a.k.a my basement... a couple/three times per month. I record every jam "Live" on my Macbook using GarageBand software, and add additional instruments/vocals,etc, on selected songs ( songs we didn`t totally butcher ) later!
