It's not very often you have the opportunity to play all night whilst being encouraged to dig deep into your music collection with zero restrictions. However this was the brief from Studio 1111, a new contemporary space in Berlin.
Both hugely refreshing and immensely liberating, we have the upmost respect for allowing such freedom.

Rainer Trüby, ex-member of A Forest Mighty Black and today's master of rare vinyl and wine, is still busy with DJing around the globe (few airports have not seen his metal record box--vinyl, yes!) spreading his musical vision of "good music" delivering in between the different facets of house and electronic music and mixing it up with his beloved roots. Known as part of the Trüby Trio and selector for compilations such as Glücklich or Talkin Jazz, and later Maiden Voyage (Compost) and Beats & Oexle (Sonarkollektiv) you wouldn't challenge his musical taste at all. We're honoured to have him for this fantastic warm-up set at Peti Kupe for another Freilauf session.

Zeynep's "Pulse of Nature" DJ Mix for the Soul Clap Records show, builds on her fantastic EP "Forest Spells" which is a leftfield house music journey into a wild yet magical forest, where nature itself takes center stage. Her dramatic sonic journeys from the EP, like "Toco Toucan", "White Owl", "Drops on Woods" blend naturally with some of the bouncy piano house sounds Zeynep selects (Gerd, Luca Lozano). The tempos pulse and continue through the entire mix so organically with the new modern afro house leaning tracks (Kalk) or the heavy funky house cuts (Virgo Four). Zeynep is a joy to watch when she DJs and she too literally pulses in the booth - this mix will bring you and your friends into her living world.

The Chill Hour - Cassiopeia

The Inner Drum Vol. 1 & 2 is a double ceremonial album. A sonic journey between root and expansion, between the pulsing body and the breathing spirit. Inspired by indigenous music of the Americas and guided by the ancestral principle of the drum as inner heartbeat, each track is a ritual of awakening.

Volume 1 (Grounding Rituals) focuses on the solar plexus, on the earth womb, on somatic movement. Female voices in mantra-like phrasing blend with percussion made of stone, leather, and seeds, creating a warm, introspective, and rhythmic atmosphere. It's music to be felt from the inside, from the bones. A reminder that the body is both temple and drum.

Volume 2 (Ascension Rituals) elevates the vibration to subtle planes. Here, voice becomes breath, the drum dissolves into mist, and melody inhales. It is a chant without language, a call from the soul’s fracture. Ideal for deep meditation, slow dance, and contemplative listening.

Recorded in 432 Hz and composed in E minor (Phrygian and pentatonic modes), the album follows a structure of 2:11 per track: short but intense cycles, like micro vibrational ceremonies.

This is not an album to simply listen to. It’s a sound field to cross through with your body.
It is an act of rebirth. A call to the drum that lives within.

The Inner Drum Vol. 1 y 2 es un álbum doble ceremonial. Un viaje sonoro que vibra entre la raíz y la expansión, entre el cuerpo que pulsa y el espíritu que respira. Inspirado en las músicas indígenas de América y guiado por el principio ancestral del tambor como latido interior, cada track es un ritual de despertar.

Volumen 1 (Grounding Rituals) se centra en el plexo solar, en el útero tierra, en el movimiento somático. Voces femeninas de carácter mántrico se entrelazan con percusiones de piedra, cuero y semilla, generando una atmósfera cálida, introspectiva y rítmica. Es música para sentir desde adentro, desde el hueso. Para recordar el cuerpo como templo y tambor.

Volumen 2 (Ascension Rituals) eleva la vibración hacia planos sutiles. Aquí la voz se transforma en aliento, el tambor se disuelve en neblina, y la melodía respira. Es un canto sin idioma, un llamado desde la grieta del alma. Ideal para meditación profunda, danza lenta, escucha contemplativa.

Grabado en 432 Hz y compuesto en E menor (modo frigio y pentatónico), el disco sigue una lógica de 2:11 por track: ciclos breves pero intensos, como microceremonias vibracionales.

No es un álbum para oír pasivamente. Es un campo sonoro que se atraviesa con el cuerpo.
