The song is about goast in SF...Dublin looked up some famous ghost stories from San Francisco and wrote about them.... "Goast aren't all evil man...One day you'll do that dance...!" 

I interpet Lorin's part at the end like as if he were sorta like an Angle that is telling you "Yo!! look at all the crazy stuff that's out there in this world...It's Crazy!..but not to be afraid..just trust yourself....I'll open the gates of heaven for you...towards the end of the skat...it gets lighter. ! "  anyhow...that's my visual... enjoy
