Jan, the guitar player, started to play this melodic metal riff at my studio and it sounded amazing! I wanted to make something different so I played slow drum groove instead of some metal drumming. Then, the bass player overlay this S.H.S. with very unusual bass line for this style of music.

Me and Rene, the guitar player, were improvising, and he came up with this cool hard guitar riff on his Les Paul guitar. I played drum groove with three note kick because they added such an energy to the music. Then I grabbed my bass guitar and played the slide over it. It sounded amazing.

We had a nice jam session, and Karo started to play this lead synth hook on his keyboard. We all liked it and added drums and bass to it. In chorus part, the bass player made cool bass line and I complemented it with trashy sound by keeping time on china cymbal.

Bass player came to my place and showed me this arpeggios on bass guitar. We added a chorus bass effect to make it wide and interesting. I played an up-beat drum groove with some ghost notes and fills. In B part, we added a distortion to the bass so that the punch in of this part is severe and obvious.

Vladimir came up with this bass line and we added distortion to make it dirty.This was not enough, so I used two bass tracks in a mix, one panned hard left and the other hard right. I felt like we need big fat snare to enhance the dirtiness of the music, so I tuned my snare drum very low and add a lot of reverb to it.

I played a fast groove with an off beat kick drum to create a special quirky mood. To corroborate this off beat feeling, I added an open Hi-hat on every kick note. In the middle part I felt that it would be better if everything would calm down a bit, so I played a slower groove with a side stick instead of a snare drum. At the end I played with the highest energy level I could to create a climax.

I played a beats using Tom Tom drums because it sounds so big and powerful. Some fills, in verse part and chorus part, are triplet fills because they add a special, odd feeling to the drumming. I added a ride bell and an open hi-hat at the end of every bar to make the groove sound more interesting. In chorus part, I played snare drum two times faster to increase the tension a bit.

I played an interesting tom tom drum beat containing some ride bell and hi-hat on odd notes. I also played china cymbal on downbeats in verse. In the chorus, I added straight quarter notes on LP jam block because it sounded so cool to me. Everything became more fluid and straight forward which is natural for the chorus part
