A song I recorded Feb 2017 after many years of not playing my electric axe much at all. Bringing back my PPA project before our end.
Life is beautiful...and risky...dangerous and dark...
as we open our eyes to see our grand division...
differences...more than our commonalities.
We are supposed to feel like LIFE is valued..
but yet..we are daily bombarded with chemicals, toxins, poisons..
from sugar to lead, phthalates, fluoride and so, so much more
that are found in mostly everything we use...need...seem to want..
electronics, toys, ear buds, air, water, land, furniture and etc.
Sad...really...to see how we are buying things...that are poisoned...
to slowly kill us...ill us...change us...diminish us...for profit...
They sicken us..we pay for it...they get the cash....
We get sick....they get the cash from the poisonous meds they prescribe...
Then we die..and they make money off of that too...
Wow...a total Population Control scenario......
What a Risky World we live in ..boys and girls...
And we're to believe there is a God....
that would be allowing this to happen...
Hmmm.....wow...

First Mr. Blue Mr. Sad song was a quick recording done with a trial version of Reason 9. Didn't get 9 since 8 is great,
so the original track files are frozen until 9 is purchased.
The main rough mix that was done was sampled in sections
to create more of an instrumental to rework
though the drums were a bit louder than guitar on main mix. Kept the chorus hook and added some synth and synth bass and outro synth solo
along with some weak yet expressive, meaningful rhyming verses
and some lil things per intro. Took a rough idea and made it what it is, imperfect, yet..deep and meaningful if you can get anything out of the bad mix. This is the final PPA song, mix, attempt, collab for now.
Enjoy...Me and Mr. Blue...version 2...with all of its beauty and flaws..
inspired by the first attempt that went south, unable to redo it, finish it and etc, this is the final attempt at expressing something deep with those elements that could be used and saved.
