The majority of the inspiration for this EP was focused and intertwined with my struggles to find happiness and reflects deeply on my fears and depression. Since I was young, music has been extremely therapeutic to me and felt like the only true light in a very dark world. Linkin Park was my greatest source of inspiration and helped me forge motivation and passion out of my depression. Their emotionally charged writing & productions contrasted their vulnerable & enlightening lyrics in a god-like fashion and have been deeply rooted in my soul. My own writing is simply a form of therapy for myself, it helps me see the beauty in life even if it's only for a short moment. I only hope that my music brings motivation & inspiration for others and can help lead them out of their own darkness🖤

I feel extremely lucky to have linked up with Nicole, her voice is angelic & I love how emotionally rich & brilliant her writing is. The Melody of Yours Fears originated as an idea that Nicole wrote and sent me a recording of her playing the guitar while singing. This draft recording felt so raw and divinely executed, it immediately formed a deep connection in me and inspired a heavy emotional release that I felt had been restrained for too long.
