Noble Music Composition - Grand, Noble, Elegance, Beauty
- Imagine a scene of the highest importance. A grand hall of kings and high nobility. Everyone standing to the sides of a long red carpet, while the king approaches slowly and gracefully, coming home from winning a great war, but also with grief and respect to all the lost souls. Bittersweet with a touch of noble grace.

Graceful Glory Of Kings

An Epic Battle Music Composition. Heavy focus on big percussion and epic choirs, with a lot of drive coming from many tracks of ostinatos, staccato chords and stabs etc. 

The tempo is dynamically  moving between 128 - 134BPM, and the key is E minor. The minor 2nd movement that comes from the chord change from Em to C7 in the 2nd section of the track really shows the tension of the battle! 

I also have a breakdown section that is like the "calm in the middle of the storm", almost like when they go to slow motion in a movie for sense of depth and reflection, until all hell breaks loose again in the final power chorus! =)

The Chaos Of War

Epic Trailer Music Composition - My vision for this track was based on my favorite mythical weapon of all time, Mjölnir, the mighty hammer of Thor. I focused a lot of the percussion on big metal hits, anvils etc. as well as hard hitting impacts with a metallic tail in the sound. 

The track is written in C minor, but uses a lot of major chords for the heroic, grand vibe. Lots of attention was given to the main accents with layering to the max for that super focused and powerful rhythm.

The Hammer Of The Gods

My vision for this track was to show the essence of insanity and chaotic vibe among the twisted mind of darkness. The dark lord, and his minions holding a parade in his honor in the massive fires of hell itself!

The composition starts in A minor, but with lots of dissonant chord changes, and rapid modulations of key throughout to really bring forward the chaotic vibe. It is in 4/4 but basically all rhythms are written in triplets which makes the overall groove very loose and open. Compared to strict 4/4 I wanted the evil beasts of hell to be rebels even in the way to march.

The sound palette is very focused on the brass section, and heavier overall on the low end range. There are a lot of layered staccato rhythms and stabs on strings and brass, even syncopated ones, to really get that chaotic yet powerful rhythm across.

A Dark Parade In Hell

Intense Action Music focused mainly on percussion with added rhythmic drive, stabs, and accents from strings and brass etc. Starting in the key of G minor, in 150BPM, with several modulations and key changes, especially in the final chorus parts.

My vision for this track was to convey the powerful army vibe of war, both from the hard stabs and accents with high intensity, and the constant hard slams on the drum groove. I also included a gong, Japanese taiko drums, and sticks from bamboo, because I wanted a bit of an oriental flavor to this battle.
