'Yet more goodness oozing from the Récits de Mars imprint.

This time Pontias returns to deliver three solid tracks for the OCD EP.

The title track is a dramatic and bubbly number, with 80's nods, but a
gritty edge, while label boss Several Definitions delivers the remix,
taking it more to the four to the floor edged melodic techno territory.

'From Nowhere' is a blippy druggy driver, hypnotic and energetic, while
the Ivory Thrilling remix adds some weight and takes this tougher and
adds tension.

Closing the EP, is 'What Might Have Been'. A melancholic synthy voyage,
with glimpses of light peeking through.'

You wouldn’t find pearls on the beach. If you really want a pearl you will have to dive for it. For over five years we’ve been browsing through boundless seas and branched forests to find powerful gems leaving a sharp impression while taking us on a journey. They infatuate, fascinate and delight the listeners falling in love with the works of art. What makes the quest most fun: the more unknown the artists, the more truthful the productions. After all, it is music that makes us do things we usually wouldn’t dare. It is a whirl we really like to jump into like a big and swinging web of silk and sorrow.

Since delivering his first remix for the label in July of 2013 Micrologue seems to have found a comfortable home on Soundteller. Now returning for his fourth remix in as many years the German artist brings a traditional melodic techno approach to the track. The production is pristine as you would expect and the melodic elements translate very well. The key thing here is the emotion of the original is not lost which might often be the case in a mix of this ultra polished style. it just travels on a different plane if you will and very effectively at that. Great remix from Micrologue.
