This song is the product of vengence, but for legal reasons I cannot tell you why. Also, I did sample a little bit of a song's stems but I somehow forgot the name of the name of it. Weird how that works huh? It's like the memory fails to recall or something, muah hah hah!

I've been playing a lot of Spelunker. Here's a song that I made that uses all-original instruments! It's a bit different-sounding, too. First, it is a slower remix of the classic. I also added many other melodies to keep it not as monotonous. But, in the end, it's always going to be that somewhat-annoying-but-catchy theme of SPELUNKER!

This is a remix of a PC-98 song. Specifically, this is a remix of the short theme that plays in the game "Guardian Recall - Shugojuu Shoukan." The song's original name is simply called "Escape from Egbird."

This song is pretty damn cool. I basically worked on this too much on accident because I couldn't stop working on it. That made me stay up until 1:30 AM!

If you like retro stuff, electronic music, complexity, or even a hint of synthwave, you'll love this as much as I do.

Yes, I made this using PC-98 synths and such which are very accurate to the real computer's sound chip. I love retro PC-98 music a lot and making my own song on its hardware was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had yet!

If there's any other consoles you'd like me to try making a song with, let me know because I'm interested in doing this with other consoles as well!

MY OPINION ON VOCALS:
I've never liked vocals. When I hear vocals in a song, I am reminded that a human makes that song and I can imagine them recording in a studio or something. I don't like that for whatever reason. I always pretend that all the songs I listen to were crafted by machines so that I don't have to associate music with people.
With that said, you probably won't think that way about my music. But if you do, you'll understand why I make my music the way I do.

HOW I MAKE MUSIC:
I hand-place all my notes using a mouse. No MIDI keyboards or live play is done! In fact, I don't know how to play piano proper! Basically, I either do tracker stuff or I use piano roll on a DAW. Manual placement is all the rage for creating complex, atypical melody (and subsequently VGM)!

HOW TO SUPPORT:
It's a shame that people don't listen to my music as much as I think people should. If you want to support me, show other people my music. My art needs to be heard by other people, you know?
