Sometimes the truth of letting go hits us harder than we even know. Not because we mask it, or try to dismiss it but the emotional recognizes much faster than the physical. My baby sister would have been 15 years old yesterday, I thought that I held it down emotionally at that time but being questioned by my baby brother (her twin) and then sharing that with my mom revealed that I actually didn't. If anyone has ever questioned why I refuse to break other women down and try my best to keep names out my mouth when I dislike something - this little angel is the reason why. Putting all that negativity in your mix only creates product of a bitter drink, remember that !
