En Colombia, cientos de comunidades y habitantes que viven en zonas costeras y periféricas aún son víctimas del conflicto armado, el desplazamiento forzoso, y la precariedad generalizada. Es claro, el abandono estatal es un fenómeno vigente en pleno ocaso del actual gobierno. 

A raíz de la coyuntura, Mothership.exe presenta Hiperestesia V.A. En esta compilación, varios artistas del underground nacional y latinoamericano ensamblan sus canciones con el fin de señalar el abandono estatal: una problemática desdeñada en la que no hay garantías, ni resoluciones efectivas. 

Hiperestesia es un trastorno caracterizado por un aumento extremo en la sensibilidad. Este concepto hace referencia al malestar y profundo que sienten los colombianos hacia un estado descentralizado.

Desde septiembre de 2021, se ha establecido un asentamiento indígena en el Parque Nacional, un espacio emblemático de Bogotá. Según "Autoridades Indígenas de Bacatá", allí se concentran más de 1.000 personas. Dicho escenario surge como un acto de protesta por la violencia sistemática que viven los grupos étnicos (y la población) en departamentos abandonados históricamente. 

Hiperestesia V.A también nace como una muestra de unión desde la autogestión, que busca apoyar a las comunidades vulneradas por la problemática. Como resultado, la totalidad de las ventas serán donadas para apoyar las necesidades humanitarias del asentamiento indígena ubicado en el Parque Nacional.
