this nightmare-like vibe expresses everything that has been going on lately in my head and around me. in the world. chaos and impenetrable darkness.

an old track i finally decided to finish. it was an engineering nightmare, so i had to work a lot to make it listenable...

as the title indicates, it's about how we can find peace in music, even in the hardest times. sometimes you just want to disconnect from everything that's going on in the world, and start wandering alone, go to an isolated place, listen to the music of nature and watch the stars.. because the world is too dark, too hurtful, reality is too hard to accept.

I created this track in March 2022 in Warsaw, when I though I'm gonna die, because of Russia invading Ukraine. Working on this song held my mind ocuppied enough to stop feeling the horror. 

I truly understood the dread of the first Killing Joke (1980) album then. I wasn't the great fan of Requiem song before, but I think making this cover saved my mind from the terrifying madness.

Fxxking ashamed to share it anywhere from 2016. Luis didn't know about this track at all. Time to not hide it any more. I only regret, that it's too late. I wish he could be alive again. I hope this track conveys at least a bit of his soul. Rest in peace and stay forever in my heart, Luis Vasquez
