Back of the House 6/16/22

i had the pleasure of playing a late night set during a celebration of the summer solstice on june 20. although we were not recording then, the energy was so contagious that i could not resist mixing and sharing what i played that beautiful evening.

this is a more high energy set from me, but still with the deep, emotional, melodic groove that speaks to my spirit. and of course a dash of fun and funk ;)

summer solstice @ the rising moon meadows

Sunday of last weekend, on the eve of the powerful Harvest Moon, the @tremulantcanhelp crew took over Kremfest on the patio. it rained a bit... and shined a LOT ;) 

we all had a blast, and many of the tunes remained stuck in my head throughout the week, so I felt compelled to record a mix from the tracks in my crate. i enjoyed weaving together complex melodies and rhythms, and was surprised by the emotional twists and turns that i found myself exploring

last Saturday was a family affair! i had the pleasure of playing a packed-out crowd at Monkey Loft and the juiciness was captured on 'tape'... i absolutely love the crowd noise coming through on this one ;)
